Yes. Searching for providers and booking on Shoppa costs you nothing. You only pay for the service you book.
When can I start booking?
Right now. Browse providers to see who's available near you, then pick a time and book.
Which cities will Shoppa be in?
We're growing city by city as providers join. If there's no one near you yet, tell us your city.
How do I pay?
At first you'll pay your provider at the appointment. Paying through Shoppa with EcoCash is coming soon.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Shoppa works in the browser on your phone, so there's nothing to install.

What does it cost to join?
We'll announce pricing before we charge anything, and you'll hear about it before it applies to you.
What do I need to get started?
A phone, your list of services with prices and how long each takes, your working hours, and a few good photos of your work.
I work from home or travel to clients. Can I still join?
Yes. Shoppa is for salons, clinics, studios, home-based pros and mobile providers alike.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your Shoppa profile works as your booking page. Share its link wherever your clients find you.
How will I know when someone books?
New bookings appear in your Shoppa dashboard with the client's name and phone number. We're also working on instant notifications.
